I used a local company. They were great. No pests. Then Clark bought them, and ever since it has become progressively worse. I now have black widows all over the outside, and rats invading the inside. I'm disgusted, and Clark doesn't seem to care. If I can ever get ahold of them intend to cancel.

Ever since they took over from Brooks Brothers we have had an increase in spiders and their webs and we are currently battling weekly any intrusions. They will do "more" for an extra charge. I'm cancelling my service.

I would not recommend using them after this experience. The service was usually good. I had 1 other issue with them in the past but nothing to write a review for. Charged $75 for a termite inspection that has no value what so ever. But after my last service experience with them, I am angry and would recommend working with any other company. They were suppose to show up to service my property, I received a notice on the door but they did not do any service on the house but they left a bill. I was home all day waiting for them because the back of the house really needed to be treated. I called them after noticing the bill, I said no one knocked, and considering I was working all day from my computer sitting in front of the window, I did not see anyone doing service on the front yard. They said they would look into it and call me back. Didn't hear back from them until they were requesting payment. I explained to them that no one showed up. Now they are tell me I am the liar and are still charging me. So, bills with no completed service is what you can expect from Clarks.

Robert came to do an inspection, he was so kind and nice. Gave us lots of information and help guide us to the best decision for our home. His inspection was very thorough and looked at all our concer areas. Amazing, will definitely be calling him if we have any other issues. I would rate his service 12/10.
