Are the employees incompetent? Why is there constantly delay in moving a package? Are the countless number of ppl saying the same thing all wrong? Or are we on to something? Good lord, figure it out.

Quite possibly the worst Fedex hub there is. Every single package that goes through here sits for at least several days and at times longer than a week. What is the point of paying a courier when they don't move packages?

Fedex in bloomington is the worse! I literally watched the driver drive away and I received a notice that my package was delivered at my door and when I looked there was nothing there. This is the 4th time this has happened. Customer service was unprofessional and they constantly gave me the run around. 1 rep advised me that my package was "delivered" at TWO placed one being my address and the other being the warehouse address. When I called the next day they said it no longer says that and that they don't know where it's at and they will "look" into it....it's funny how this happens when it's expensive items.

My package is late, I'm looking over the other reviews and my Hope's arent too high, I'm either going to receive it in a few weeks, I'll recieve it opened, or broken, or it has been stolen and every replacement will be stolen aswell. if I had known Walmart was going to use FedEx I wouldve ordered my product elsewhere, I recieved an email on the 6th that my package was on the way but the tracker has not left this location, I truly dont understand how this facility is operational. (Edit: if my package isnt here tomorrow, I will personally come to this location I will not leave until I have my package, for all I know they're sitting around using it instead of delivering it to me)
