You can drop off packages with a prepaid label to your FedEx/Kinko's, call ahead to make sure they have a receiving counter but this is usually where you can go.

I dont believe so, but you can call and request a pick up. And a driver will pick it up. They do have a customer section at the facility but i believe its only for customers who fail to receive their packages on the third attempt. Again, you call and they'll tell you.
