Our PWD participants came here this morning to learn about different plants and how to purchase them. It's so upsetting that the owner talked to one of our staff and and told her that it's not a "good idea" to have them go there because it is not safe area and that they are understaff. First, we have our own staff who was there to make sure of our participants' safety. Second, what is not safe about checking out plants? Yes, they are PWD but that doesn't mean that they are not ABLE to follow safety rules. Our staff also reported that the place was spacious and looked safe and the owner was so rude. I have called and told the owner how our people felt unwelcome. She said the same thing about "not a good idea" to go there. I guess that's her way of welcoming PWD guests.

Outstanding ! They have a great selection of plants and trees and super nice staffing. I called and left a message that I was looking for a Cara Cara Orange tree but not a semi dwarf, I wanted a standard or full size. They called me back right away and I was there the next morning to pick one out . I guess what I liked most about the nursery was the stock wasn’t just the same boring plants and trees everyone else has, like Hot Pink Bougainvillea, they had Royal Purple and San Diego Red coming in… Black Bamboo, and Bauhinea Blakeana, Hong Kong Orchid Trees. Which can only be propagated by cutting, and not easy to find. Overall I found Fair Oaks to be a great little nursery with ample parking, good location, friendly staffing, and super cool plants and trees…
Any Laskey
They have so many beautiful, well cared for plants. The prices are not too bad. Also, they have a black and white shop kitty who is adorable. I found the fancy begonia I was looking for!
The Chicken Wizard
One of the absolute best nurseries I've ever been to! The plants are vast, healthy and well arranged for display. The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the condition of the aquatic plants; many of them were unhealthy and overpriced, but besides them, the rest of the plants were amazing.

No we don’t They may be trademarked and not available to us
Masks are required. I'm not sure if they have a distancing policy, but it is quite easy to distance here. I saw a hand sanitizer dispenser inside. I believe they may have closed their bathroom (I didnt ask, but it didnt look open). And most of the business is outside which is a huge plus for COVID safety. Open air is safer than enclosed spaces to reduce covid spread.
We do not
They have both. They also have coral bark maples.
