Whoever the older white guy is that works the front counter and answers the phone, is rude. He seems like the owner or boss. He was rude to me and I saw his interaction with another customer and he was rude to him as well. I don't know how this place is getting good business with this guy working there. The other staff was nice enough.

I have used Berco & Berry lumbar multiple times now and their lumbar has always been straighter and better priced than most other yards. But the reason behind me wanting to give this review is their amazing service & customer care. I order some pressure treated 2x6’s for a deck projects. A couple weeks into my project I noticed there were some issues with the lumbar. I cannot emphasize enough how easy to work with, kind & caring they were with this issue. They offered replacement boards & hardware instantly and with no hassle. I will be a Berco customer for life after this experience. It is SO refreshing to see a company stand by their products and step up when something goes wrong.

Rude, poor customer service. Called them up to ask about a product. Guy interrupted me to rudely tell me they did not have it in stock, sort of “I don’t have time or patience to deal with you” attitude. Also, it took me several trials to be able to speak to someone there. I called and was put on hold indefinitely several times. You’ll get better service at Home Depot or Lowe’s or some other store.
