I was stopping by for my brother to have his interview at Freedom Solar and had a few minutes to spend wisely... Sure enough I spotted Book Den with their dollar book sign. I went over and a few books caught my attention even though I'm not an avid reader, but my sister is. I got her a book or two but Luckily I found a few for myself as well! Great staff indoors to finish off the deal. 7 booked for $11! This got me back into books and actually shopping for them. Society today tends to lean towards the electronics and reading off those. I work in the eye field of ophthalmology and realized that reading on electronics damages the retina creating problems with vision that can not be repaired as easily as damaged. Yet another cool thing they offered here was audio books as well! 💯

I love their book sales! As a teacher, I'm constantly on the lookout for new (to me) books for my classroom. Their January sale is always a hit. A grocery sack of books will set you back $6!

I've gone to their bag sale several times over the years and always find enough good stuff to make my wife complain. It's always packed when they do this sale but most people are polite so we try to accommodate each other as best we can.
