I've lived here several months and we moved here because it was somewhat competitive compared to other places in the area. But honestly I wouldn't move here again knowing what I do now. The coffee machine is always broken (not a big deal but just one of the many complaints), and the last few weeks the elevator has been out of order. Several of us residents have asked resident services what's going on with the elevator and they said they can't get it fixed. Like really?! I've never lived somewhere with so many problems that aren't fixed quickly.

Amazing amenities and awesome luxurious feel throughout the complex. It’s a new facility, so they’ve had some quirks to work through out of the gates, but I’ve been so impressed with how quickly and regularly the managing staff looks for ways to improve the experience and implement features and processes that better the complex as a whole. Love living here more and more.

Very overpriced!! The hallway and parking structure floors are always dirty. The area is FULL of homeless. There is construction noise during the week. The amenities were closed for months and months due to Covid without any sort of discount for the residents. There is a mandatory trash valet service, but they only have it on certain days with a 2 hour window. The parking structure sucks. Cars barely fit. You can have an apartment on floor 3 and still get a parking spot on floor 7. They tow residents' cars for no reason. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN, which makes it extremely unsafe because anyone can come in/out. They break into people's cars. When we finally moved out, they attempted to keep a significant amount of our deposit. We had to fight them and show them proof of how clean and well maintained we left the place for them to finally mail us our deposit back. The interior design, appliances, and amenities are nice, but it's NOT worth the money.

One word: AMAZING! I've lived in many apartments in a couple different states. I've even worked in property management for years. Broadstone Arden, by far, is my favorite apartment building out of them all. I've been living here for almost 6 months and am still amazed by everything here. From the stylish amenities to the thoughtful upgrades to the interiors... and the MANY free resident events they continue to do... Broadstone has really made me feel at home during these challenging times. Toi helped me find the perfect apartment and has been an absolute gem. I'm looking forward to the many more months (or years) here!
