I place an order online for my daugther and still haven't received it. I tried to call and it's always close, no one answers emails or calls. I called my daugther's school office to see if they can't get a hold of this company. Hopefully they answer.

Haven't received my child's school picture. At first they said I'll get them 2 weeks after they took the pic then they said they'd mail them two weeks after school ended and it's been a month already and still no pictures. And they never answer the phone or emails

It's impossible to get anyone to call you back. I've been trying to contact them regarding my daughter's Senior portraits for 5 weeks with no luck. I've emailed several times, called 50 + times, I've even faxed them all my attempts have been unresponsive. They did withdrawal the funds for the portraits right away. I'm really disappointed with their lack of professionalism as a business.I will definitely be expressing my experience to Godinez High School maybe they can look into a more attentive and professional Portrait company.
