I went in this morning for a car wash and paid $27 before tip. They did not even wash it, it went through the wash and came out dry. I was told I could pay $49 if I wanted it hand washed. They sent thru as an express wash not the normal wash because I didn't buy the VIP wash, I got the Gold wash and will never return. I used this place lots before but never again!

Maintenance issues always?!? Really? Make sure soap and wax is full, press button and go....not hard. Pay up cheapo...you have lines of cars all day. Pay the hard working crew what they deserve and stop being greedy . Ok buddy

This is a great car wash with reasonable prices and excellent service. There is a nice place to wait (in shade) and a little store to purchase snacks and other miscellaneous items. You can either vacuum your own car or have the car wash personnel vaccum for you. There are multiple packages to choose from ( We usually choose the Silver Package for $20.00) which is a real bargain in my opinion. We have always been happy with how clean our car is upon completion. Highly recommend the Route 66 Car Wash

Sam went above and beyond to take care of me. I came in and explained the water spots on my car have never been removed and I've even gone to other car washes to fix this issue. But no one has been able to remove the spots. He explained why it happened and then personally made sure the car had 0 water spots. I'm so impressed with this service.
