I made a reservation online with my reservation number from my insurance company on a Monday to pick the car Tuesday. Due to my son who the was for working ot i called and spoke with Clarence to inform him in wouldn't be able to pick up Tuesday if it was ok to get it Wednesday, he assured me that it was ok and the car would be there. We go Wednesday and have an issues with my sons id which was bent. Due to their policy they are not allowed to accept it. So we went to the smh to get a print out of his request for a replacement because they accept the paper. We get back at around 5 which they are. Loved and i appreciate that he was going to help us but while he was he ended up telling me he didn’t have a car for us. I was confused as i had made a reservation 2 days before, confirmed it would be held and why wasn’t i made aware of this prior to coming in or even when i was at the office e Wednesday. I never received any call regarding any issues even till this day. I ended up cancelling my rental with enterprise through my insurance and went with Hertz’s in which i received a call from their office ready to pick us up same day and had a car for us.

Phenomenal experience with Customer service. Both the agents & Manager (Vinny) came out to greet & help me. There was a slight issue with the key fob & they took cared of the issue immediate. LOVE the After-Hours drop off option. Their integrity/honesty to their work & customers is noticeable (my sister left her laptop in the car and they called me the next day informing me). Thank you for a great experience Enterprise team! I will be returning!

The staff at Enterprise were friendly, however the vehicle I reserved was not available at the time of pickup. What is the point of reserving a vehicle if it will not be held for me in advance. There should be some type of notification system(phone call, e-mail, text, etc.) to alert customers when a reservation can not be fulfilled so we can look elsewhere.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car rented a car from this place. and i'm going to be honest be careful when signing any documents. i feel i was cheated with the information provided. they offer you a " fuel service add on " telling you if you return the car with or without gas the $21.00 add on will cover for the gas. sounds great right? do not agree to this. they dont tell you if you return the car full tank or with gas a tthe same level that it was given to you they will still charge you for the $21.00 regardless the $21.00 will be add it to your bill even if the car is full this rental company need to disclose and be clear with this optional offer that they push so much for clients to get it!! they need to tell every customer that is is " non refundable" that this charge will never be wave or void if the car is return with full thank ' i feel i was lied for not giving or disclosing full information **** do not agree to the $21.00 dollar add on for fuel this is not refundable and you will not get your money back*** i just called their office and they said they they cant do anything about it do not go to this place!!!!! 2/15/22 : called their office I have been promised a call back and I never did get any call back from anyone i have already talked to 2 people and still nobody returns my calls as promised . HORRIBLE PLACE - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE!! EVER.
