Owner aka manager is not approachable. He is also the only person running fitting/ consulting/ cashier and so on. They seem to have nice selection and I still purchased a dress shirt but I left feeling like I should have taken my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I do not think I will be returning due to my experience. Good luck owner/ operator dude

The owner as some have mentioned has an attitude problem. He feels he is doing you a favor and he will treat you as such. However, the girl that works when he is not there is awesome. Her name is Hala. My purchase was with Hala but I dealt with the owner on my subsequent returns regarding the alterations. If I would have encountered him from the beginning I would not have bought a suit.

Went in to the store and the manager/owner didn’t want to help at all .when I did ask for help he acted like I was bothering him and said sorry I can’t help and Walked away . Please save your money and go anywhere but here .

Awful service. We called to ask business hours and about inventory only to get there and they had closed the doors early and we’re still in the store serving customers. They came to the door and asked what we wanted. We drove almost 2 hours in traffic to get there and they refused to let us in BEFORE their closing time. The manager/ owner shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. We expressed all we needed was one shirt and he closes the door and we walked away looking at us angry like we did something wrong to him! I guess they do so much business they don’t care about losing any. Rude and disrespectful. Won’t ever be back.
