I cannot say enough great things about Lisa! She and Dylan were absolutely AMAZING to work with. I was in a situation and I was having to move to another unit. Her patience, helpfulness, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile was beyond what I could have asked for. When Dylan was filling in for her days off...he was such a joy to work with. I can't say enough about the two of them. I feel like God smiled on me by having her there. She made my transition as easy as she could. Two GREAT employees. I think Public Storage should pay them extra for the amount of work I saw them put in. It is not easy dealing with the public.

This place has the most amazing customer service! The lady that takes care of the place, called me to let me know there was a problem with my lock, she kept doing her rounds until I came to make sure nothing was taken. Thank you Liza.

I have been with this location for a few years now and have always received great customer service. Lauren was excellent in assisting me with a concern about the status of my unit. She was efficient and helped me resolve my questions on my balance as well. She was very easy to talk to which is helpful as I was stressed about even calling in. The location is always clean and I love my unit that is temperature controlled which is need for the items I am storing. Thank you Montclair Team you're doing an excellent job.
