The girls there were very friendly and did their best to help me out with my order, walk me through the process and even checked inventory on the parts that I was ordering so that my order can be process in a timely manner. What a nightmare. Ordered a toner pump. 3 days after not shipped yet. Tried to send email. NO ANSWER. Tried to call. Took 6 times before somebody answered. Been told with a quite rude voice. Sir you have to wait until next week. The week after at the opening i called. Got the same rude woman telling me SIR ! we've told you last week that you have to wait 3 to 5 open days before it ship. 7 OPEN DAYS LATER STILL NOT SHIPPED. Tried to call about 8 times today. NO ANSWER. Wrote an email and again NO ANSWER One of the worst business i never deal with. BE AWARE
