Today, 8/15/22, I had to make a reservation to rent a car due to my car going to a auto body shop. When I arrived at this location, it was pretty busy and I was advised that a few cars that were to be returned, were running late. There were about 4 people working, all fairly young. Not one of them sat down all of them were on their feet talking to customers, moving cars, delivering cars and it was almost 100 degrees outside. Never once did they complain, sit down or even look at their phones. All smiling and you could see they were hot. Occasionally would come in for a brief moment and take a drink of water and get back to it. I even witnessed a not so nice customer give hell to any staff he could stop in their tracks. They never switched up on their professionalism. Not once. This was my first experience renting a car and if I ever have to do it again, I will do it at this location. Not sure how the owner got so lucky with his employees, maybe family? If not family, I could only dream of having these kind of young adults working for me if I owned a business. Well done

It's strange to review a car rental agency but I had to give a shoutout to the super nice customer service I received while renting from this Enterprise. Gina and Jonathan were wonderful and even provided me a free ride after returning the car. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Customer service there was great. The manager Graci went out of her way to make sure my rental was quick so I wouldn’t be late for an appointment. Great service. Definitely will use Enterprise in upland again

This Enterprise location is amazing! I came in expecting a vehicle but due to a miscommunication with a 3rd party a car was not available. I was pretty upset but Mina & Graci provided great customer service and worked their magic as best as they could and got me into something. They really took care of me and I recommend this location.

Yes but depending on the time of year you rent and length of time you reserve a car, prices will vary. So make your reservation far in advance and always check for special pricing on line first. Holiday rentals typically cost more but if you reserve the car early you should get a good price.
It is possible depending on which local enterprise you present but in many places for security reasons do not accept. It is preferable to contact them first for more information.
Your driver can use their driver's license and you can pay for it and use enterprise insurance.
