The worst front office. They never made my follow up appointment. They don't handle their job. The most confused unorganized run medical office. As if they don't handle patience well being. Take your job seriously!!!

After seeing so many therapists in the past that i never felt very connected with I was referred to Jacob and associates office by a friend of mine. I asked for the first available appointment with any provider and was matched with Dr.Leung. Their office helped me get the outside referral request from my insurance so that I just had to pay my co pay instead of paying every visit out of pocket. Dr.Leung has helped so much with my journey. I have had so much growth and more mental stability since I started my therapy with him. He continues to help me get to the root of my personal traumas and emotional attachments all around starting from my inner child traumas. He has helped me become a person with a voice for myself and saved me. After the 10+ years of on and off therapy I have had the most effective treatment during the small portion of time I have had with him and I will always be so grateful for all of his care, knowledge and encouragement.

This Office has become much more pleasant. Dr. Idrees is a great physician. He definitely takes time with his patients.

Wow. The doctor is not the problem here. I'm not sure what on earth keeps him working with this front office staff. They are not only seemingly useless to him and his patients, but they are also rude! The nerve! Get it together. These are important appointments and prescriptions in your hands. My pharmacy even had something to say when I called in to check on my prescription. That's bad. Since writing that above the receptionist has now tried to charge me for an appointment that I rescheduled in advance saying I missed it and it was never cancelled. How could it have not been canceled if there's proof in the book with a rescheduled appointment?! I can't even believe how terrible they are.
