I usually do not get maintenance done at dealerships since I think they are often overpriced and encourage customers to tack on extra, unnecessary services. To my surprise and luck, I was helped by Phillip, the assistant service manager, who has a wealth of knowledge about cars— he clearly is a car nerd and loves all things cars. The man is a walking encyclopedia of car facts and even works on restoring cars himself. He is friendly, helpful, professional, and most impressively, has changed my mind about taking my car to a dealership— this dealership, for maintenance. Thanks, Phillip! You were great to work with!

I have been to Toyota of Glendora a handful of times to help my wife and daughter with their cars I do not own a Toyota. We had excellent experiences with Service writer Philip. Philip is a genuinely nice person he’s friendly , knowledgeable , sincere, and courteous. He was not pushy , he listened to everything I had to say , and respected my opinion.Good job Philip and good job to management for hiring somebody like Philip. Thank you very much

Nothing but good to say about Toyota of Glendora. The service department is thorough and skilled and they meet their promised deadlines. They have an extensive checklist and follow it to completely check your car, in addition to any issue you might have. My visit today was for the 25,000 mile check on my Camry SE and not only was the checklist followed, discovering no problems, but they rotated and balanced my tires and washed the car so I would leave the shop in a perfectly running and clean car. They are the best! Ask for the service manager, Brandyn Gomez. He’ll take care of you. Oh, my 25,000 mile check, rotate and balance tires and car wash was only $29.00. Extraordinary! Well done!!

It really varies. The last time I was there base cost was $39, but they usually have a coupon which makes it cheaper. They are quick, They will do it while you wait or they will give you a ride to work If you live within a certain distance. The good thing is they do all the checks for any recalls or any other maintenance that needs to be done on your Toyota vehicle. We've never had an issue with them and they have always been informative and helpful.
