Service was amazing. If I could sperate out my stars the employees would be 5 stars. Price was RIDICULOUS it was higher than I have ever paid for an oil change before. I didn't need anything special either...when he gave the price I almost drove away. We were leaving for vacation though and we needed it. To top it off whatever they put in out windshield washer fluid tank left us nearly blinded on the interstate. We used it once and the film residue is so thick that we had to pull off to manually clean the windshield. We ended up trying to drain the tank and fill it with our own stuff. So disappointed and over $100 in the hole.

The employees of the davenport location, you can tell have zero interest in the customer. They will make you wait for extra long times in the lot when you seen they had every bay working while you wait, then, as they finish a vehicle, they will just all disappear and not bring the next vehicle in. I sat for over 20 min as I watched them go from 3/3 bays with vehicles in them to just 1/3 and they still just leave you sit in the lot, like the workers are hoping you give up and leave so they don't gotta deal with it. Best part is, if they do allow you to get an oil change, they drain your oil before they give you the price. Especially if your like me and need 7 qts, they quote you at 5qts then near double it when the bill comes. Dont fall for the trap, long waits, over priced oil change and terrible service. Just try calling them and asking what a change costs. You get a huge line of garbage just to be given a number that only includes 5 qts. And when you ask for the 7 qt Price, they put you on hold, again, hoping you hang up. How can the person on the phone not know what a product costs!!! Don't do it ppl.

My name is Robert Pickens I worked at the jersey ridge location for almost a year in November I took over as store manager I worked short handed and staffed for months 3 weeks ago I put a two weeks notice in due to lack of help also the company started taking a toll on my personal life and time. Fast forward on the 17th I was told I could leave early and I would be paid for the rest of my time the 23rd marked my last day. I called my old boss John Kamin to see why I was shorted 400 plus dollars on my check he stated he had no clue about it but says he recalls himself saying he would make sure everything was taken care of knowing we all have bills . I was an adult about the situation until I found out I wouldn't get paid so basically I was a manager getting a tech pay Every customer I serviced will tell you how passionate I took my job but for them to backstabbing a guy who was all in for the company is beyond pathetic I asked for hr number and was declined if you see this message take 5 fill free to call so I can send the recordings also the messages that stated I'll be paid

The best customer service. Robert the manager is efficient and thorough. They were extremely busy and he was handling everything. I will go here everytime for all my cars as long as Robert is manager. These qualities are hard to find these days. I appreciate the fast service.
