There is a long waiting list but there are different income brackets and different household types for each type of apt, another way of looking at it is there is not just one long list because certain qualifiers must be met to be considered for each type of number of bedrooms apts and also the income bracket you fall into. Not sure if the list is open but it’s always good to try. If you can’t reach anyone over the phone, stop by the leasing office during normal business hours only. It might take a couple of years but it’s worth it. Good luck! Yes I’ve seen apts go vacant but not sure if it was voluntary as you must qualify each year to continue living there. Ps, as in any building or community there are at times nuisances with residents who aren’t considerate of others. ie, packages being stolen and ppl not picking up after their pets. But overall a great building and beautiful area. Although Visitor parking is non existent. :-)
