The average employee tenure at this place is less than 6 months, which tells you all you need to know. This place is a total scam. Stay far far away. The owner is abusive and manipulative and is only in it for the money. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I don't recommend going here. The staff member, Taylor was very rude to me and cancelled my appointment with Yelaina Yoon. Avoid this trifling place because the people running thier facility seems to behave like recovered mental patients from an Asylum.

Working with Sensible Care has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is very responsive and handles any issues that may arise in a prompt fashion. Dr. Allen has been incredible. I really like that he includes the patient in determining the best treatment option available. I look forward to what the future holds working with Sensible Care.

Patient Coordinator Alex was great and thorough at helping me with issues I was having with a pharmacy. She contacted Dr.Chung notified him of the issue and assured me she will work to get it sorted out. Dr. Chung is great as well. Listens to your concerns and is thorough during your sessions.
