Always a bunch of children who don't know how to do their job. I've come in with nobody standing at the counter in the lobby multiple times because the employees are chilling and talking in the back. They never answer their phone and when they do they are "too busy " to help you. They run out of almost all their stock on a weekly and this store is just the worst. This is based on everytime I have ever gone in. I was hoping with a new owner it would get better but it has not.

Horrible experience!!! Waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Got to the mic to place an order and waited some more. Finally someone asked if I had been served and they were out of both items I wanted. Made alternate selections and waited another 7 minutes to get to the window. Got to the window and the lady was texting on her phone for a couple minutes until I knocked on the window, guessing she didn't see me, but figured out she did know I was there as she yelled at me for getting her attention and threatened to refuse service. I left and called the store manager. Talked to someone that claimed to be a regional manager and he basically said he didn't have enough employees. No amount of understaffing is appropriate for that experience. Poor management equals poor service!!!

WHAT. A. JOKE. This is a COOKED FLY sitting on the VERY TOP of my basket. Lobby was closed, called the store, got an answering machine, called again, and the line was “busy”. Had to go back through the drive thru, ask for a manager, and was then treated TERRIBLY by the manager. We weren’t given a receipt, so the manager tried to get us to drive away, until we told the manager the order was less than 5 minutes ago, and that he could’ve looked it up on the computer. I cannot, can NOT believe how awful this service was. DO. NOT. VISIT. THIS. LOCATION. EVER. Corporate complaint filed as well. A cooked bug folks. Pathetic

Service is slow. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a small blizzard and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The slow service is not an isolated incident, the previous 2 times I have been there, it was a similar experience.

I had issue back in April about not getting all my order & I called store left voice-mail NEVER heard back. So if you get in touch with corporate -let them know I had CS issues also. Good luck.
Not sure. But I would say if you're 16 they'll hire you.
