First I called another Nissan dealership closer to my home. I couldn't bring my car in for a week and a half. I called Dave Wright Nissan on a Friday and had an appt for the following Monday. Even though I had to travel 50 miles, I appreciated the fact that I could make an appt quickly. The Service Advisor, Scott Hansel, was very up front about what was wrong with my car. The car needed an Odometer Package which is costly and since they needed to go to an outside company, they weren't sure when they could get the part. He was very up front with this and we even went over to the parts dept and talked with them. I appreciated that every things was discussed openly. Much to my surprise, the part was overnighted and put in and I received a call on Wed. that my car was done. I was was really happy. My experience went from " a worst case" to a "surprise-it's done!!" Thank you.

I don't think 5 Stars is enough! Blane Wilson, Matt, & Tom are a perfect Trio! No Pressure, Honest, Knowledgable, Thurough, and Most of all Top Notch. I am 54 and have bought hundreds of vehicles throughout my life. I have remembered the bad and the good.I will rember this as Great. Kudos to Dave Wright and his Awesome Team!

Leaving another great review for Salesman Kevin Carter after he found a great low mileage 2019 Crosstrek for us. He worked to get us a good trade-in for our 2018 Crosstrek since we were looking for a few more safety options in the 2019. Great and friendly service at Dave Wright Subaru. While they did change my oil and order a part for my mirror that was requested, they also told me I needed an immediate repair of my back brakes that would cost close to $600. I took my car to another shop and they said there is no need for a repair to my breaks at all! So either you need to train your service techs better or you need to hire a service manager that doesn’t try to up sell a customers already expensive service bill!!
