Does a decent enough job cleaning my car and the vacuums are amazing. They've been xloaws numerous times when I've needed/wanted a car wash though, and now are only open while I'm working, making it incredibly inconvenient.

Since this review was posted, I heard from Dave Wright who sincerely apologized and refunded my money. I admire his attention to this issue. I WILL go back. I appreciate the over the top customer service!! My car came out streaked with dirty water and even though I paid an extra $10 to have the inside of my car cleaned, there was no one around to do that, explain why not or even refund my money. I finally got the attention of an exceedingly rude female employee who begrudgingly refunded my $$ and attempted to keep my original receipt. This place came highly recommended so I may give them another chance. I haven't decided. Casey's is stress free and dependable!

Never went in a car wash with my good car before but this car wash was recommended by a good friend so I thought what could go wrong? I've heard horror stories about automatic car washes so I'm very cautious and took pics of my car right before going in. The wash was ok until I noticed my antenna was bent. So I spoke with the manager (not angry, mistakes happen) and he told me the employees should have told me to bring it down/ take it off. He then got pissed, kicked caution cones, and proceeded to yell at the workers. Not very professional. Manager said he'd call me soon to work something out. He didn't. I came back a week later and he said he still hasn't talked to his boss about it. Since then still no call. Now I warn everyone I can about this car wash and tell them to go elsewhere.
