I was having a problem with the airbag indicator light going off and on my daughter's car. Scheduled an appointment to find the problem and the technician found it. Only charged me for the diagnostic. I was very impressed with their service department from the start of my appointment to the end. All staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an awesome waiting area for customers with complimentary snacks and drinks. I have always been a huge van of Toyota vehicles and it's so nice to be able to have service as reliable as the vehicles they sell. Thanks again for your great service!!

Service was done in 1/3 less time than they said it would be, which was great! Car was washed, when I requested it not be washed, because their brushes had scraped some paint off last time it was serviced. Their facility is always clean and well-taken care of. I understand the individual 'cubicles" since covid, but personally I'm not a fan of them. They feel isolating. All in all, a very positive experience, not counting the dent it puts in the pocketbook, lol!
