Everything was very good except for the most important thing: THE BEDS. They are super thin, springy, and with no support. Essentially you sink through the mattress and sleep on the box spring. I barely slept all night before an important day. Room was clean, shower good, check-in friendly, AC cold. But I could only sleep around 3 hours and I'm stiff this morning.

We needed a last minute hotel room for a work obligation. It was a weekend in June so everything in the area was triple the price. The Econo Lodge only had a suite available so we grabbed it. Truth be told, we usually prefer Residence Inn style with a full kitchenette and living room, but nothing was available in the area for under $500/night. When we arrived to room 239 we found it clean and amenities already there...small fridge, microwave and pull out couch (don't sleep on this, the springs and support bars poke into your bones.) It is really more like a studio. There is a tiny breakfast nook but we moved the table out to the main room instead. The beds were comfortable and pillows soft. There isn't an elevator up to these rooms so you have to climb the stairs. That was fine for us but others may need to know this. Bathroom was clean and while the water flow is very weak at the tub faucet, once you pull the shower valve the water pressure is very good at the shower head! Had hot showers. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast offerings...we are gluten free and dairy free which was a problem. Almost everything was wheat: danishes, cinnamon cakes, waffles, bagels and cereal. There was instant oatmeal and yogurt(dairy). Nothing here to grab and go quick. Not even any fruit! I realize this isn't the Ritz but c'mon, there are tons of people with dietary restrictions these days and not considering that is ridiculous. For my overpriced $300/night it would have been nice to grab a banana or hard boiled egg in the morning. All in all, three stars.

They are less than 10 minutes from Cedar point making them easily accessible. The staff was very helpful during our stay. But the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. But they are cheaper so you cant expect much.

Hotel was nice and clean. Not the fanciest place but was safe and was dog friendly. It was a good price. The restaurant just out front had good food as well
