I am disappointed about number of products in each store. I thought the Best Buy is number one electronic store but if I want something you must go into another store because in this one is product unavailable. I wanted buy a phone and nearest avaliable was 90 miles away - that's ridiculous. In Czech Republic this not normal and every single small shop plenty of products in stock.

I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. He advised me what particular item would work best for my needs. I purchased the product, took it home, and guess what, the item worked just like I was told it would. HAPPY DAY. 😃

This is terrible. Called 3 times a total of 25 minutes wait time no answer.

That was also my main concern, I finally called the corpirate number and was informed no one answers in the store your calls will go unswered. If you have a question you have to call the 1 800 call center and they will answer it...my point.then why do they have a phone then? I must say I told them the samething that I will not drive all the way to the store to ask a question and they just said I'm sorry that's what you have to do.

Yes they do
They should have three connections extension cable with female connections on one end and male on the other end. The connectors are red, white, and yellow. The female end will connect to your cable and the others end will connect to the tv.
You can call the store and ask an associate.
