That was also my main concern, I finally called the corpirate number and was informed no one answers in the store your calls will go unswered. If you have a question you have to call the 1 800 call center and they will answer it...my point.then why do they have a phone then? I must say I told them the samething that I will not drive all the way to the store to ask a question and they just said I'm sorry that's what you have to do.
