For a reasonable price the food here was great, I had the large pizza lasagna and split it with another guest and we still had leftovers. It is a cool place that is very timely and has aged well. Our service was great and they changed the original dish and drinks to our needs, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

An amazing pizza place! Our waitress was outstanding. The pizza was some of the best thin crust I've had. The selection was good and they had vegan options which is nice since I have a family member that's a vegan. They have a huge beer, wine and drink selection. Will definitely go again when I'm in the Sandusky area.

Picked up the Pear Gorgonzola pizza after work, $13, savory and sweet, love the balsamic vinegar, was skeptical about the pears but it wasn’t overwhelming, great artisan pizza, Brick Oven Bistro feels more like a pizza with wine place than a pizza with beer place like Cameo or Chet and Matt’s
