We had a terrible experience. Ordered our food and it took forever. Tables that ordered after us got their food before us. When some of our food came out it was wrong. My sandwich was suppose to have toppings and it didn't. When I said something about it I was told that my sandwich didn't come with it. I pointed it out on the menu and she just repeated the same thing. Asked for the manager and he never came out. This was our second time at one of their restaurants and will never go back. Both times bad service.

We arrived at 9pm with 10 being closing , no hostess in sight so we sat ourselves at the bar , the bartender Courtney took awhile to get to us … I asked for a food menu she informed me the bar was no longer self seating but again there was NO hostess. Courtney was very friendly & accommodating… my wings were just ok & fries were cold.

3-3 of the orders were either incorrect or not placed. I understand that there is a staffing shortage everywhere, but we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Also, found it upsetting when the waitress orders and essentially up charges us for different food we didn’t want. Bdubbs are a dime a dozen, plenty of different and better options in the surrounding area.

The host was horribly rude, our waitress wasn’t attentive at all.. table next to us just had trash on it for the whole hour.. not worth the money at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Remodel looks good.
