Nah because I had to mess ups in my packages back to back. They delivered another package to a wrong house. And claimed I signed it and it was givin to me. When it wasn’t. Not just that they be delivering at like 11pm who up at that time outside there house getting the packages ? Like bro I ain’t trying to outside in the dark

Great place to grab my packages from. The employees are great there. The receptionist Allen was super helpful and helped me figure out the process for sending out a package.

The driver and/or the facility are liars. My package was supposed to be delivered days ago. It keeps saying out for delivery and then at the end of the day it is rescheduled for the next day. It also says a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. LIES! My husband works from home and his office is next to the front door! Nothing needs to be signed, it just needs too be dropped off and go! WTH! I always have problems with UPS and I wish these companies would stop using their services because they are trash. My pkgs are always either damaged, stolen at the facility, lost, left on the stairs, left in front of my garage door, or just thrown to the top of the stairs, it's always something! And they never knock or ring my doorbell unlike the others. I've called customer service several times and still have not received a call back regarding my pkg. My next step is to contact the shipper directly first thing in the morning because I'm not getting any results contacting UPS customer service after calling 4 times! I try to avoid UPS by picking up in store whenever possible.

I was told my package has been withheld at this facility for days. Why hasn’t it moved? Last couple times my package came from UPS no issues this month. At this point I’m wondering if they damaged or stole it. Now I’m being told by UPS I have to drive an hour to pick it up! Very late delivery and huge inconvenience for me now. Quit withholding my package and send it! We all pay for our shipping!!

You have to call UPS headquarters and demand that Sylmar UPS call you- it is frustrating because short of going there yourself it is the only way to contact them- they NEVER answer the phone
We ARE open until 9pm for customer pickup, we close all shipping at 6pm.
Typically they hold packages 5-7 days. You can can and request a longer hold up to 2 wks i believe.

I believe Sylmar is one of the stops it has to go through. Unless you want UPS to ship it faster you have to contact them dry them directly.

Yes.. if it's in transit it will be delivered that same night. Ups does work a lot later into the nights now.
Ya my daughter has had issues with amazon and UPS as well. So its a UPS amazon thing. No logical explanation that I can come up with.

I hope you have received your package by now. I am a Ups driver and the volume that we have in San Fernando was so heavy it was mind boggeling. Cyber Monday people spent 1 billion more than last year and set record's. Don't let one instance be your judge of UPS. We have been around for 100+ years for a reason. We value our customers and being on time is what keeps people coming back.
right now for them it is the busy season so sometimes they might arrive till 9 or 10pm
