Photography is not a crime.. you can use your discretion and not film people in civil clothes police officers and government officials are fair game..
It is not a crime to ride one on private property, if is not "street legal" it is not legal to operate on streets, roads (paved or unpaved) or highways. To be considered "street legal" it must meet DMV regulations and have current license and registration.
Yes it's legal, the Constitution of the United States of America allows no restrictions on owning or carrying a firearm. Any organization that says otherwise is in violation of the law
It might depend on whether the incident is under investigation as to how much detail the department will provide, but Police Departments always welcome the public to help out by sharing information that might assist with the investigation.
