Photography is not a crime.. you can use your discretion and not film people in civil clothes police officers and government officials are fair game..
It's only a crime if you completely ignore the first amendment and show disregard for Citizens civil rights. Morro Bay California believes it's a crime to film inside a public Lobby.
My understanding of the law is I can film anything in public that my eyes can see, including sensitive information. Any sensitive information should be shielded behind a closed door where my eyes cant see.
No it is not, yon cannot film sensitive information of any kind tho. See youtube video's of recording in a police station!
