I haven't been to this theater in years, since previously I'd had some bad experiences. However, it was the only theater with open seats to the movie my kids desperately wanted to see (Minions), so I ordered our tickets and food online ahead of time. I'm so glad I did! The gentleman at the ticket booth (who may have been a manager?) was quick to check my online ticket stubs and give us clear directions to our theater room. When I asked about where to pick up pre-ordered food, he left the booth to another employee and grabbed our food super quick, letting us skip the very long line. His customer service was fantastic and he deserves a raise. Our seats and the theater were clean (it happens too rarely in the theaters I've been to), comfortable, and perfectly placed to enjoy the movie. Honestly, neither I nor my kids have a single complaint from start to finish. We enjoyed it so much, I've already ordered tickets and food for our next excursion!

Fast online purchase for last minute tickets. The popcorn was good and the theater was clean with great sound. The staff said greeted us when we walked in and told us bye when we left.

Love the Movie Top Gun Maverick. The theater was clean. The seats were the best lots of room. Everyone was very polite and professional. One of my favorite theaters

At the concessions they didn't ask for my rewards and after I paid I realized it and said something. They acted like there was nothing they could do about it.. They also didn't ask if I wanted salt and butter half way through my popcorn (I didn't finish it for that reason). The theater we were in had a couple weird spots on the screen.. The movie was good, the popcorn sucked and the dudes at the concessions need to be retrained!

Probably can't get your money back on the movie, but if a double charge was taken, go by and ask for the manager. Show them the charges and ask for your refund.
