Tastey bagel, sure wish help was more enthusiastic about helping, rather then the breakfast they ordered via door dash. Almost to point that we inconvenienced them for stopping in. Imagine where this rating would have been. Even with the dining in closed, and having to eat in our car.

I used to go to this Einstein Coffee & Bagels quite often since they sell Caribou coffee products. It is also about a ten minute drive from where I live which is very convenient. However, there were always issues with my orders and service was always super slow (even when I ordered ahead for pick up). I've had so many order issues ranging from: incorrect drinks, incorrect bagel sandwiches and incorrect ingredients. One time, there was a worker there who mocked and laughed at me because I stood in the wrong line for pick up. It was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. A lot of the workers there seem to be confused all the time, lack professionalism and do not seem properly trained. There also never seems to be a manager around when issues arise. I don't go to this location as much anymore since there is a Caribou Coffee place closer to where I live now. This made me realize that this Einstein location does not know how to properly make Caribou coffee products. Yes, they sell it but I can guarantee you it sure doesn't taste the same!

Einstein Bros Bagels is one of my favorite coffee and bagel places! Every single one produces quality battle sandwiches and coffee. Bagels are tasty and coffee is always on point. Would definitely recommend.
