The worst salvage place to come to. I’m not one to write reviews but DO NOT COME HERE. The clerks have the worst attitude possible and the wait times are insane. Had to wait an hour and a half for a headlight that should take no less then ten mintutes to take off. Please do not come here, biggest mistake I’ve made.

Surprised this place is still in business. I picked up a transmission from Roz Auto Salvage about 20 years back. After spending a day to install the transmission found it wouldn't shift into top gear. They refused to refund my money or replace the part. As a college kid without a lot of disposable income it was devastating to spend weeks of pay on a junk transmission. Then to add insult to injury their rude parts rep took no responsibility and puts it on me for not paying attention to their return policy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Roz's.

Came at 9am on saturday when they opened to get a simple door glass. I expected a short wait but I've been waiting for over an hour. The worst part of this visit is that the white guy in glasses at the counter has the worst customer service skills ever. I have a schedule just like anybody else, so I'd like to get going. Would recommend speaking with the Hispanic lady at the front Instead, she's good at what she does. I give her my 5 stars.
