I was ordering a gift card online and when I tried to track it. It wouldn't let me and it said my email or Zip code or ordering number was wrong. Even tho the email GameStop sent me had all the "right" information. I'm scared now that my gift card won't get sent out.

Total clownshoes. Least competent staff of any gamestop we've ever visited. I think their main objective is to steal from their employer, and customers just get in the way.

Disclaimer, this location is as good as the employees can make it. The older male manager is pretty rude in how he treats customers and is not very helpful, also has some sketchy policies such as occasionally refusing to give you your receipt. The other employees are usually very kind, and helpful (mostly when the manager isn't around). The store itself is clean and fairly well organized and the selection is usually pretty great, so no complaints in that field. Honestly with kinder management this location would be a 5 out of 5, but sadly it hinders this location's ability to have returning customers and I'm not the only one who feels this way either.

Go to gamestop app and go to trade they will give u options on it . Credit or cash it about 13.20 in or credit 16.50 that is if u have a pro membership or if you don't it will be 12.00 or credit 15
Only maybe if its able to be refurbished and they would not pay cash itd be in store credit if anything. Worth a call
