Average hotel. It wasn’t clean in certain areas, like the elevator. The room was clean but there was hair in the bathtub. It was cleaned immediately. The front desk associates were nice and helpful. You can’t beat the two beverages every evening, though I only went once.

I wasn't impressed I rented out two rooms a king suite and a queen Suite for two nights and I was very very disappointed. The receptionist was okay at first but when I called to have the pool room heat on. That's when I got attuide..The tub in the King suite clogged with hair and brown debris and the bed in our queen suite wasn't changed there were crumbs and hair in one of the beds,went to front desk where they gave us sheets to change our own beds.. I tried to call room service and have my breakfast made to order like it was advertised and was told that there was no staff to do so .I had to go down to the breakfast area for breakfast. When eating breakfast a strange man walked into my room without knocking at 8:45am where my kids were sleeping .While I was eating breakfast with my other son.Had I not noticed him opening my door and him looking around noticing me ,notice him I don't know what might have happened..I ran to the elevator as fast as I could by the time I got to the room he was gone.Thought he might have been maintenance, but was told at the front desk that the gentleman that I was talking to about my issues was the only maintenance person on staffed that day..The strange guy that opened my door without knocking had only a piece of paper in his hands and a work jumpsuit on..Still don't know who he was??

Everything about the stay was as advertised. Although the weather was severe, everyone at the hotel was friendly and pleasant. Nikki at the front desk always had a smile on her face and a good word whenever we passed. She's a gem and management should take note. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. We didn't really have a chance to take advantage of the Happy Hour, but we appreciate the gesture. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to. We just came back from Eqypt and you'd be surprised what is considered 5-star there. Overall, it was one of my better hotel experiences. And for those of you not familiar with Milwaukee, its freeway convenient and easy to get to many attractions from its location.

I used to work in housekeeping and that plays a very important part in having customers come back. The garbage was not emptied. The shower wall had scum all over it as well as the tub. The tub should have a shine to it not look like the grand canyon. The door slammed extremely loud, I felt bad for the people on other side of the room. The pool looks like it should be closed until they finish the floor. The only thing GREAT was the bar. Complimentary drinks. That is why I gave a 2 instead of a 1.
