Do not go to this hotel! I called early on my check in day to tell them my family was coming in late. I got a call after 8 right as I was going to check in that they didn’t have a room for us. The front desk worker claimed he wasn’t customer service focused (hilarious!) and never escalated to the manager. I received no message from management and no help booking another hotel in their large network. Shame on this hotel for leaving us stranded! I had to drive back with my parents over 2 hours away! I will never book here again and will change loyalty to Hilton!

I checked in to the hotel and was taken by surprise to learn that their rooms with accessible bathrooms only have one king bed. I needed two beds, but that wasn't made clear on the website. I was already checked in and the owner did go out of his way to buy a shower chair for me to use since we were staying for three days (Very nice of him, but there should be several in the hotel already). However, while it was great to have a chair in the tub, I couldn't get my wheelchair into the bathroom, which made things tricky. If you need an accessible bathroom AND more than one king bed, do not book here. The rest of the hotel was only semi-accessible. They had only one elevator working, which meant waiting extended periods of time to use it since we couldn't take the stairs. There is only one ice machine all the way on floor one, so if you are on floor six and in a wheelchair, getting ice was a chore. The coffee in the lobby is within reach if you are in a wheelchair, but the cups and cream etc, is not. They did not have breakfast over the weekend, which had I known that, I wouldn't have booked there. The employees were very nice, helpful and friendly, but the cleanliness of the hotel was sketchy including sheets inside out on the bed with stains, towels that were threadbare and rough, the rooms on the sixth floor sound like a wind tunnel when the wind is blowing hard. Since you couldn't open the windows, there was no way to break it. Overall, I won't stay at this hotel again simply because of the accessibility issues, but if you need a quick place to stay that is close to the airport and within driving distance to Brookfield stores and restaurants, plus easy on and off the interstate, you can't go wrong. Just plan ahead for food options as we didn't know the restaurant was closed until we got there and that there was only grab and go breakfast during the work week and not on the weekends.

Common areas not that clean. Staff are visible but doing nothing. The security guard was awesome and on it. The towels for all of us where like loofa pads they were so hard. It snowed at night and the dome over pool leaks all over. Always have to ask for pool towels. Take sanitizer for elevator.they did leave us alone to enjoy our family.

The pictures looked wonderful, but did not reflect the state of the hotel. We went to stay and swim for my daughters birthday. The pool area was filthy with no pool towels available. There were about 20-30 unattended kids swimming (which was not the hotels fault, but could have been addressed). The atttached restaurant was closed so that limited our dinner options after swimming. The room could have been cleaner; stained sheets and hair in the tub. We all woke to a large group of guests in the hallway yelling and/or fighting after midnight. The next morning we awoke to garbage all over the hallway. The final blow was that they still don’t provide a breakfast even though covid restrictions have been lifted and their rates are parallel to other hotels offering breakfast. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’m hoping that this will help shed some light on some of their problem areas.

The Hotel dining room is actually a restaurant called the Ground Round. They have a formal dining room and a sports bar dining area. They are adjoining, so they share the same menu. Enjoyed both areas. Great sports bar with plenty of tv's.
