They put in a new battery in my phone. The battery overheated a lot. My phone felt like it could blow! I took apart my phone and the battery was bent. They installed a damaged/pre-owned battery. My phone now takes forever to charge and I think they messed it up.

I have brought my phone here several times, including today as a warranty repair, for my broken screen and each time they have quickly and affordably repaired my phone screen with no questions asked! such a great store to have as opposed to Apple who charges $250 for what these guys charge $100 for and no appointment needed!

I went to get my phone fixed two months ago. I never had any problems before up to this. I asked for the back of my phone to be fixed, which they did. But they “threw in a free battery” (which I didn’t ask for), and I found that my volume up button and silencer toggle weren’t working. I also noticed that my phone was heating up whenever I would wirelessly charge it and when it’s charging, it’s spasmodic for me to function or even when it is doing nothing. When I went to bring it in the second time, the volume up and silencer toggle were fixed, but there other problems still remained. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
