Owner was condescending and rude.

I called to ask if they worked on old CRT TVs. The man scoffed at me and asked, "Why would you want to repair one of those?" Very rude. Also doesn't work on CRTs, but the low review was for how rude the man was.

My MAC book pro (older model) finally had it last day. As a local business owner, I took it Steve, to keep the local business flowing. He explained how the computer model has a history of issues, reviewed the diagnostic process to figure out what the issues could be. We were able to come up with a plan 1) figure out the issues 2) get the hard drive information transferred to an external drive, incase the computer could not be fixed 3) he provided a recommendation for a business ( online and with an APP) refurbished computers with warranty. Outcome: computer could not be fixed, hard drive was transferred to a refurbished computer found on the recommended business. Steve, kept me updated every step of the way, he quite knowledgeable-amazingly so. Steve, Thanks for your help and send my thanks to folks who helped out. Keep it Local!

Yes Motorola screens can be replaced but in many cases the replacement process is futile. The aftermarket channel provides displays that have very limited real estate for re-attaching a new display to the frame. In many cases the area is less than 1/16th of an inch which makes the possibility of the display falling off the frame very probable especially if you overheat the display with extended use. Please provide your model or come by my shop and I can give you more details and an estimate for repair.
Hello Melissa, Of course I am able to replace your display. A far as the back glass my short answer is put it in a case and forget about it. The back glass repair is quite expensive and as soon as you drop your phone again the glass will break. Bring your phone in and I can give you the details.
I only sell used iPhones when people choose to sell them at a reasonable price. Because most people are upgrading to a more expensive phone, they are usually unrealistic about the value of their current phone in hopes of making up the difference by selling their current phone too expensively. Currently I do not have any phones for sale. I can suggest a website you can check which sells used and refurbished phones. The website is backmarket.com
