Always a great experience here. Older gentleman named Robert is our server last two times and he is wonderful! He provides very fast service even with all the tables he has to work with and is constantly working. Food is always fresh and tasty. Robert keeps tables refilled and serviced literally every 3-5 minutes which is not the case anywhere these days!!

To be honest, Bravo! is exactly what you'd expect! And I don't mean that in a negative way, whatsoever. The pizza was truly exceptional, as well as the appetizers. I'm a big fan of the crispy, wood-fired pizza that they have. What made it five stars for me was the service. Our waitress was funny, entertaining, and most of all, helpful/kind. Will be going there again for the Italian food.

Our waitess was extremely slow, and not attentive at all. There were only 3 tables total in the restaurant when we arrived so it was Not busy at all. We noticed our food sitting on the shelf ready to be taken to our table, however our waitress just stood off to the far side of the pick up area for quite sometime. We were wondering if it was our food after quite a long period of time.. and eventually she walked slowly over to it and then slowly delivered it to us. My husband's chicken Marsala was Luke warm, our friends spaghetti was Luke warm but she ate it anyway. My husband sent his back to be reheated so needless to say we ate ahead of him. The little girl with us had a kids "sundae" at $7.99 I wouldn't expect it to be 2 scoops of ice cream in a soup bowl with a drizzle of chocolate sauce!! No presentation, no whip cream, no cherry, no nice sundae dish! A kids sundae at $7.99 really!! McDonald's does a better job!! $20.99 for a rather small bowl of pasta with 6 medium size shrimp on it.. at least a side salad should be included.. needless to say we will Never eat here again and now we know why the place had basically No business! Zero stars is more fitting!!

The staffs were very kind. Made it a very memorable birthday dinner. The food was great. Ordered the filet mignon and it was perfect. Dessert is a must!
