Poor customer service. Long line and cashier refused to call for assistance. Misleading advertisements on items. Coupons Misleading as well. Not always this way. Perhaps new management 🤔

I do support the store, however 5 people in line with fabric to cut and one cashire What does that mean? There was no yelling sir, it was a reasonable question deserve in a reasonable answer. Poor customer service is a. Business killer. Just saying. Having 1 .ore person to be a "runner" can eliminate long lines an waiting customers. It shows loyal customers that management cares.
I never asked but the staff is really accommodating, I believe they would help you get what you need.
Im not quite sure. Maybe you can call a Jo-Ann Fabric location in ask. If not they can probably give you some places that do.
