Buyer beware. After talking to a sales person then another sales person called and quoted me almost 8000$ over the listed price online. They stated that it was due to work on the vehicle and trying to force me into getting a warranty (packing a payment).they explained they do this on all vehicles to be competitive but is just super shady. After asking their finance guy to not go through with pulling my credit due to all the fees and wanting to look else where they still hit my credit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE PLENTY OF BETTER DEALERS IN NJ!

Very bad experience. They tell you a price but in the end they charge you more than you expect. The seller told me that a Gmc was going to cost me 30,000 but when they bring me the papers they charge me $32,000 The truth is that of $30,000 went up to $44,000 in total with taxes and everything else, if you don't realize this, you end up paying more than you expect. And when they saw that I realized this, the manager came out and told me that the car had to be 32,995 That the seller could not sell the car

I will never be purchasing from this dealership again. They gave us a great deal but it has been nothing but problems since we purchased a month ago. We had to have our Jeep serviced twice already for things that should have been corrected before purchase and my salesman Sayquan does not return calls or check voicemails to where I had to be escalated to management every time I called for help. Our plates did not come in and they refuse to send us new temporary ones, we must pick them up. This dealership is over an hour away and they worked with us for only one small issue while we had a loaner in the first week we purchased. We’ve put 1,000 miles on our new Jeep in the last month because of having to drive back and forth and I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service as well as the work done on the Jeep.
