Had worst experience at Colonia branch. My reservation was made by the insurance company. I had a rental car for 3 days and drove only 13 miles.The last day when I opened a driver side door, it didn't open. So I had to get in the car from a passenger side door. When I returned the vehicle, she told me that you damaged the door and you are responsible to pay for the repair. I explained to her that I was operating the vehecle normally when it suffered an un expected or unforeseen mchanical issue. However, she didn't listen. I took pictures of the door knob as a proof of no external damage. I called a cutomer service of Enterprise to file the complain, but never call back. They should not make a cutomer responsible for ordinary wear and tear that come up because of mechanical failure components such as a doorknob or light switches can easily wear out after years of usage. I had a 2019 Dadge Charger with 63,000 miles.
