Kudos to Johnathan Perez, it's always a pleasure when he comes to do work in my apartment. Excellent maintenance worker and very personable. Melissa Dominguez, the office manager is also very pleasant and personable, she makes time to speak with you about any issues you have concerning your apartment. The only downside is the parking lots desperately need to be repaved, there's massive potholes in the driveways to the lots. Other than that Queens Gardens is a beautiful apartment complex with a great staff.

I just moved in but my experience has been tops! I have found the complex itself to be lovely and the staff to be exceptional, specifically Property Mgr Melissa and Superintendent Jonathan! Their professionalism and capability have exceeded my expectations. I'm happy to be a resident.

I moved in here in March. The apartments are spacious.I was told there’s no rodents, but at 4 am one morning out came a big mouse from the kitchen vent running past my feet under my fridge. I nearly caught a panic attack, I have a 1 yr old that walks and sometimes crawls on the floor.I heard that mouse squeaking all day. I feel so disgusted but there’s a new woman who works in the office and she’s been very responsive and had an exterminator come in and put down mouse traps. My ac wasn’t working well and the maintenance guys came to replace a piece from it but it still doesn’t cool down my living room. Apartment has been steaming hot this whole summer. Also had a leak from my bathroom sink several times. Completely soaked all of my belongings under the sink I had to throw out a lot of it. But again the maintenance guys have came each time and tried to fix it. Finally it is fixed I hope! We have had no hot water on & off for some weeks due to boiler issues. I’ve had to take cold showers & boil water to sponge bathe my 1 year old. I will say though the community here is very quiet. No one bothers you ,Maintenance guys are very hard working. I do appreciate the new woman who works in the office she’s very responsive. The last woman Fabiana ignored all of my emails for help & was rude.

That’s a good question. I’m assuming it’s considered a amenity. At other places they charge amenities for use of gym, pool etc.

Is the pool open?
