Usually around holidays, give them a call and /or sign up for email notice.
They are a discount fabric warehouse. The pricess are already reduced. They have sales on Saturdays where select items are 50% off. You can join their mailing list by email. Unfortunately all sales are in person. To establish a more custom relationship, you would at the very least need to go there first in-person.

They might if you have the receipt. It all depends on who is at the register. I've been told no by one & gotten store credit from another.. So I'd say you have a 50/50 chance.. Never gotten a refund though I've never asked for a refund.
