I had great experience at Honda of Thousand Oaks. Im very happy I chose this dealership to purchase my new car. This great experience was provided by my agent Scott at the dealership. HE WAS AMAZING!!! The first time I called he gave me a quote right away on my car without trying to pick my pockets. What I loved the most about Scott was he did not haggle me and rush me and genuinely helped me like he was helping his own friend/family. To be honest if it wasn't for Scott I would not have bought the car and I really mean that. His attitude and communication was comforting and real and that's what made me want to buy the car. Scott is a great man and has a great personality which provides AAA+ car buying experience at the dealership. I highly recommend Scott if you are reading this review because I will recommend him to my own friends/family. Thank you Honda of Thousand Oaks and most IMPORTANTLY THANK YOU SCOTT!!

Greg is the best! Even though the repair we needed was costly and took more time than we had expected due to lack of part from supply constraint, he made the experience and process as smooth and easy as possible. He was in constant communication, was easy to talk to, went out of his way to help us during this process and was honest, which is a rarity in this line of business. In fact, even though the cost of the repair we were originally quoted was higher, when the actual part price came in lower, we were charged the lower amount. Greg has been our service adviser for a while now and we will continue to go to him. Companies should have more employees like him!

I was very impressed by the service department at Honda of T.O.! All the service representatives are very friendly and helpful, and the department is very efficiently run. Making an appointment was easy; they were expecting me when I got there and knew what my issues were (Jess, the rep, even remembered me from last time!); the time frame was clearly stated and adhered to; Jess was in regular and thorough communication with me, via both text and phone. The dealership is very nice, modern, and clean; and the waiting room was very spacious and inviting. I highly recommend the service department at Honda of Thousand Oaks!

I drove 2 hours to purchase my car from these guys. After a month of searching, what a refreshing relief to work with a group that was straightforward, no hidden fees, did exactly what they said they would, and made the whole process an absolute breeze. After I arrived, I was in and out in under an hour. I have never worked with a car dealership that went this smoothly! Z and Geno were phenomenal guys to do business with. I appreciate the ease and respect they extended to me - respecting my time as well as my expectations. I would definitely purchase from them again.
