I was involved in an accident at Lynn road and Kelly the other day. I would strongly suggest that the city revise the traffic lighting conditions at this intersection before someone gets killed, which is inevitable given the current setup. Traffic traveling left to go onto Kelly road have a full green light; yet traffic traveling the opposite direction, going straight and also having right of way, also have a green light. A head on collision is a high potential here. Perhaps those turning onto Kelly should have to wait for a green left turn arrow before proceeding. Otherwise, they seen green and may automatically proceed, unaware of the closing speed of traffic coming in the opposite direction. My car was totaled and I could have been seriously injured or killed through no fault of my own due to ill advised and dangerous traffic flow design.

A false police report was filed on my boyfriend and I. Never able to get a copy of it, even with an attorney subpoena! The guy that did this was never punished. They protect criminals!
