The people that works there had very bad attitude communicating with me when I would ask questions they could not give a correct answer they were very rude with me could not be patient with me they seem they could not understand my questions and when I would ask questions did not try to understand it' seem like they would get angry at me and seem like they didn't try to understand the questions I was asking a question and was trying to provoke me in to arguing with them saying judgemental words cause I was trying to have better communication with them my first experience was very bad and I was feeling sick after my first time with them and feel uncomfortable about coming back they seem to comfortable in they jobs working there whatever long they work there to feel they don't have to be courteous to the patients and feel like they have right to be that way with you because they work there

Thank you Gil kryger and the kryger institute. I recently had a rhinoplasty, and to say that i love and am happy with the results is an understatement. I always had issues with my nose, hated taking side profile pictures. I can say that I don’t mind them at all anymore, and I can’t wait until all the swelling goes down. Dr Gil Kryger was very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and advised me he would make it look natural. He provided me a rendering so I can see what it will look like without having me create unrealistic expectations. I am so happy I went with the kryger institute, anyone who has seen me even two weeks post surgery is shocked at how recent it was done, and I have received compliments at how natural it looks. If you are thinking about doing any plastic surgery, the kryger institute is where you want to go!!!! Thank you the kryger institute for making one of my dreams come true. There probably is not enough space in this review for all the amazing things I have to say about the Kryger Institute. From the staff to the facilities, everything was absolutely 100% perfection. Their office & the hospital they perform surgeries at (TO Surgical Hospital) are clean, comfy and quite upscale, but in a way that gives you peace of mind because you know you're experiencing the best of the best!! The staff, nurses, and doctors who interacted with me in any kind of capacity, be it a brief or in-depth interaction, were simply fantastic!! They have all been kind, courteous, patient, and caring, and I have truly enjoyed every encounter, from the moment I walked through the doors for my first consultation to my 6 week post-op check up. This is amazing to me because I arrived at this upscale office located in Thousand Oaks as a medi-cal patient feeling like I couldn't afford to walk IN, let alone be seen here, but you would never know that because they treated me like gold. And as for the surgery? The Kryger brother's knowledge, experience, and expertise are really on display here!! I have had absolutely ZERO complications and I know that my scarring will be barely visible once I complete they're recommended routine for post-op care. I don't look in the mirror and think "oh yeah, I had surgery," I look in the mirror and feel absolutely WONDERFUL with myself and about the knew me I get to share with the world. Thank you Dr. Gil Kryger, Yvette, Brittany, Barbara, and everyone else at The Kryger Institute for turning the scariest thing I've ever done in my life into the most amazing experience of my life!!!!!!

I was recommended to the Kryger Institute by a friend who had a breast augmentation performed there. She absolutely loved their work so I thought I would try them out. As I arrived for my appointment I was taken into an exam room within 5 minutes of sitting in the waiting room and then I barely had time to ungown (as I was being seen for a breast augmentation as well) and they were already knocking on the door waiting. I have seen both doctors and they are both wonderful and were able to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with them so I scheduled my surgery. Again on the day of my surgery they answered any last questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming as well. They gave me everything I asked for and I am happy to say my breasts are again perky and look great, after having children, and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeons.
