Great RV resort. Close to some of the best beaches on the Gulf Coast.

~Highway noise is bad. ~Most employees where very nice. Expect for one, who was loud and obnoxious. ~Main pool bath room is not near the pool. ~A lot of sights are just dirt with high concrete patio, which is bad for stairs.

So close to the highway it felt like you were parked along side of the highway while you were sleeping in your RV

At the clubhouse. There is a service called camplinkfor wiFi at your site. I can't speak for anyone else but I found it to be a waste of money . More than three quarters of the time you couldn't connect so it wasn't worth it for me
I have no idea about this property having anything for sale but I do know that there are a lot of great deals I'm not a lot but several great deals at a mobile home park in St Petersburg called Connor's Mobile Home Park
