Went into store for an upgrade of two phones. We were the only two customers in the store. Was approached by one representative and she point to another representative. I told her that we are looking for phone upgrades. She asked what I was looking for and I told her pretty much like the phone we have. She pointed to the phones and continued looking at her tablet. We walked over to the phones and there were no explanation on what feature they have. Not once did either of the employees offer any assistance. They both walked in the back. At that point, we walked out.

I’ve been with Verizon since day one. Customer care, getting a human on the phone, misinformation, time wasting awaiting an answer, promo for free phone there one minute and not the next, being told one thing about getting free phone promo which I had read the exact same thing along with her but when I went to order online, it wanted me to actually pay the cash each month for 36 months…….it was always promoted as bill CREDITS….. I’m done!

Came to this store hoping to upgrade my cellphone, when I walked in the first lady didn't even greet me, I asked her that I wanted to upgrade my phone and wanted to see the options, she told me the phones are over there, without even offer to help. The phones are locked and I went to asked her if I could see them, she said to go to best buy for that. So I asked another person to helped me, he called Beth, I asked her to help me with the choices and she said the only difference is the pen, I said I want to compare the cameras, she left there and went to talk to another employee, never came back. I walked out and told them thank you for your help, she said aha . I've been a V customer for over 20 years and one of the reasons I have stayed with V is the customer service which has been going from great-good-bad-worse

this place deserves ZERO stars. the staff is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and talks down to clients. the manager, especially, and the employees are so dismissive. i waited here for four hours and simply wanted a new phone as it was included in my warranty and they made the process as difficult as possible. i will never come back here and would rather drive hours (even with these gas prices) to go to a different and more helpful store.
